- Please fill in the following information to register yourself as a brewer. If there are multiple brewers, they can be listed here (if the same brewers are involved in all entries) or on the individual beer/mead/cider entry form.
- To enter a beer, mead, or cider, click on the appropriate button at the bottom of this page. You will be presented with a new page, to give the specifics of each entry. For additional entries, click on the appropriate button to enter the next one.
- When all entries have been submitted, click on the Last Entry button. You will be presented with a summary of all your entries in your browser. In addition, an email with this information will also be forwarded to you. Please include a printout of one of these when shipping your entries.
- Note that this Brewer Registration form only needs to be filled out once. If you wish add more enteries at a later time, you only need to give your email address and push the button to enter another beer, mead, or cider as appropriate. Selecting the Last Entry button will give you a summary of all your entry information.
- If you do not wish to use this form, please fill out the entry form and send it with your entries. However we request that if possible, that you please use the online entry system.
